Baked Q-9 Chili Lime Mahi Mahi
Prep Time 5 mins / Cook Time 20 mins / Total Time 25 mins / Servings: 4
Ingredients
4 Mahi Mahi fillets
1oz. bag Q-9 Superfood Zesty Chili Lime Puffs
¾ cup sugar
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp minced garlic
3 tsp lemon juice
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, then spray with cooking spray or brush with olive oil. Then add the Mahi Mahi fillets to the baking sheet.
Place Q-9 Zesty Chili Lime Heart puffs into a clear bag or food processor and crush until it looks like breadcrumbs.
Brush the lemon & garlic mixture over the raw Mahi Mahi fillets, season with salt and pepper, then top with Q-9 Chili-Lime crumbs.
Place into the oven and bake for 20 minutes or until the fillets flake easily and/or reach an internal temperature of 137 degrees F. Remove and serve immediately.
Mahi Mahi should be cooked to around 137 degrees F. Be sure not overcook it as it will dry out quickly.
