Q-9 Baked Chili Lime Mahi Mahi

Ingredients:

4 Mahi Mahi fillets

1/8 tsp salt
-
1/8 tsp pepper
-
1/4 tsp minced garlic
-
3 tsp lemon juice
Directions:
-
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, then spray with cooking spray or brush with olive oil. Then add the Mahi Mahi fillets to the baking sheet.

Place Q-9 Zesty Chili Lime Heart puffs into a clear bag or food processor and crush until it looks like breadcrumbs.

Brush the lemon & garlic mixture over the raw Mahi Mahi fillets, season with salt and pepper, then top with Q-9 Chili-Lime crumbs.

Place into the oven and bake for 20 minutes or until the fillets flake easily and/or reach an internal temperature of 137 degrees F. Remove and serve immediately.

Mahi Mahi should be cooked to around 137 degrees F. Be sure not overcook it as it will dry out quickly.

Ingredients:

1 pound chicken breasts

Kosher salt and pepper

1 egg
-
Optional: Ranch Dressing
Directions:
-
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.

(Use a wire baking rack over top of the baking sheet if you have one).

Add Q-9 Classic Ranch Puffs into a clear bag or food processor and crush until it looks like breadcrumbs. Put in a bowl.

Cut chicken into thin strips or bite size nuggets or leave whole. Season with kosher salt and pepper.

Beat the egg in a bowl.

Dip each piece of chicken into the egg, then into the Q-9 Ranch crumbs.

Press the crumbs into the chicken and place on the baking sheet.

Top with more Q-9 Ranch crumbs if some are leftover and sprinkle with more kosher salt and pepper.

Bake for 15 minutes at 450 degrees.

Ingredients:

4 Applewood-smoked bacon strips, finely chopped

1 pound ground turkey
-
2 large eggs
-
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

4 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro

1 tsp dried basil

1/2 tsp ground cumin
-
1 tbsp soy sauce
-
2 large sweet potatoes
-
Shredded Colby-Monterey Jack cheese

Honey Dijon mustard
Directions:
-
In a large skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until crisp; drain on paper towels. Discard all but 2 tablespoons drippings. Set skillet aside.

2 tsp plus 2 tablespoons butter, divided

1-1/2 cups 2% milk

3/4 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1-1/2 cups cubed fully cooked ham (about 8 ounces)

1/4 tsp pepper
Directions:

Preheat oven to 425°. Cook broccoli and cauliflower according to package directions; drain.

6 hard-boiled large eggs, chopped

1 tbsp minced fresh tarragon

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper

3 large eggs, beaten

1 tbsp Oil (canola, peanut or coconut)
Directions:

In a large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour until smooth; cook and stir until lightly browned, 1-2 minutes. Gradually whisk in milk; cook and stir until thickened (mixture will be thick).

1 pound penne pasta

1 cup 2-percent or skim milk

1 pound shredded cheddar cheese
(or a mixture of your favorite melting cheeses) -
1/2 head cauliflower, cut into florets

1/4 cup parmesan cheese

3 tbsp. chopped flat-leaf parsley

Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Bring salted water to a boil and cook the pasta until al dente.

Steam the cauliflower until soft, about 10 minutes. Transfer to a blender along with a few tablespoons of the steaming liquid. Puree the cauliflower, adding more steaming liquid to thin the puree if necessary.

In a medium size casserole dish, combine the pasta and hot cauliflower puree.

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400°. Using a sharp knife, cut through the 2 wing joints; discard wing tips. Combine next 7 ingredients; add wings and toss to coat.

Line a 15x10-in. pan with foil; grease with cooking spray. Bake wings in prepared pan 10 minutes; reduce heat to 350° and bake until juices run clear, 12-15 minutes. Remove from oven; keep warm.

variety since they don't lend themselves to fries shape -
3/4 cup flour

2 eggs

Prepare the zucchini fries by chopping the zucchini into long strips
