Q-9 Baked Chili Lime Mahi Mahi

Ingredients:

 

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, then spray with cooking spray or brush with olive oil. Then add the Mahi Mahi fillets to the baking sheet.

  2. Place Q-9 Zesty Chili Lime Heart puffs into a clear bag or food processor and crush until it looks like breadcrumbs.

  3. Brush the lemon & garlic mixture over the raw Mahi Mahi fillets, season with salt and pepper, then top with Q-9 Chili-Lime crumbs.

  4. Place into the oven and bake for 20 minutes or until the fillets flake easily and/or reach an internal temperature of 137 degrees F. Remove and serve immediately.

  5. Mahi Mahi should be cooked to around 137 degrees F. Be sure not overcook it as it will dry out quickly.

Ingredients:

 

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.

  2. (Use a wire baking rack over top of the baking sheet if you have one).

  3. Add Q-9 Classic Ranch Puffs into a clear bag or food processor and crush until it looks like breadcrumbs. Put in a bowl.

  4. Cut chicken into thin strips or bite size nuggets or leave whole. Season with kosher salt and pepper.

  5. Beat the egg in a bowl.

  6. Dip each piece of chicken into the egg, then into the Q-9 Ranch crumbs.

  7. Press the crumbs into the chicken and place on the baking sheet.

  8. Top with more Q-9 Ranch crumbs if some are leftover and sprinkle with more kosher salt and pepper.

  9. Bake for 15 minutes at 450 degrees.

  10. Serve with Ranch dressing if desired.

Ingredients:

  • 4 Applewood-smoked bacon strips, finely chopped

  • 1 pound ground turkey

  • 1oz. bag Q-9 Superfood White Cheddar Puffs

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 4 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro

  • 1 tsp dried basil

  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

  • 2 large sweet potatoes

  • Shredded Colby-Monterey Jack cheese

  • Honey Dijon mustard

 

Directions:

  1. In a large skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until crisp; drain on paper towels. Discard all but 2 tablespoons drippings. Set skillet aside.

  2. Add Q-9 White cheddar puffs into a clear bag or food processor and crush until it looks like breadcrumbs; put in a large bowl

  3. Add into bowl, bacon, ground turkey, eggs, Parmesan cheese, fresh cilantro, dried basil, cumin, soy sauce, until well mixed; cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes.

  4. Preheat oven to 425°. Cut sweet potatoes into 20 slices about 1/2 in. thick. Place slices on an ungreased baking sheet; bake until sweet potatoes are tender but not mushy, 30-35 minutes. Remove slices; cool on a wire rack.

  5. Heat skillet with reserved drippings over medium-high heat. Shape turkey mixture into slider-sized patties. Cook sliders in batches, 3-4 minutes on each side, taking care not to crowd skillet. Add a pinch of shredded cheddar after flipping each slider the first time. Cook until thermometer reads 165° and juices run clear.

  6. To serve, place each slider on a sweet potato slice; dab with honey Dijon mustard. Cover with a second sweet potato slice. Pierce with toothpick.

  • 1 package (16 ounces) frozen broccoli florets

  • 1 package (16 ounces) frozen cauliflower

  • 2 tsp plus 2 tablespoons butter, divided

  • 1oz. bag Q-9 Superfood Spinach Parmesan Puffs

  • 2 tbsp. all-purpose flour

  • 1-1/2 cups 2% milk

  • 3/4 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1-1/2 cups cubed fully cooked ham (about 8 ounces)

  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425°. Cook broccoli and cauliflower according to package directions; drain.

  2. Add Q-9 Spinach Parmesan Puffs into a clear bag or food processor and crush until it looks like breadcrumbs,

  3. In a small skillet, melt 2 teaspoons butter. Add Q-9 Spinach Parmesan crumbs; cook and stir over medium heat 2-3 minutes or until lightly toasted. Remove from heat.

  4. In a large saucepan, melt remaining butter over medium heat. Stir in flour until smooth; gradually whisk in milk. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly; cook and stir 1-2 minutes or until thickened. Remove from heat; stir in cheeses until blended. Stir in ham, pepper and vegetables.

  5. Transfer to a greased 8-in. square baking dish. Sprinkle with toasted crumbs. Bake, uncovered, until heated through, 10-15 minutes.

  • 3 tbsp butter

  • 3 tbsp all-purpose flour

  • 3/4 cup 2% milk

  • 6 hard-boiled large eggs, chopped

  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh asparagus

  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions

  • 1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 tbsp minced fresh tarragon

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1/4 tsp pepper

  • 1oz. bag Q-9 Superfood Spinach Parmesan Puffs

  • 3 large eggs, beaten​

  • 1 tbsp Oil (canola, peanut or coconut)

Directions:

  1. In a large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour until smooth; cook and stir until lightly browned, 1-2 minutes. Gradually whisk in milk; cook and stir until thickened (mixture will be thick).

  2. Add Q-9 Spinach Parmesan Puffs into a clear bag or food processor and crush until it looks like breadcrumbs place in shallow bowl

  3. Place in another bowl. Stir in hard-boiled eggs, asparagus, green onions, cheddar cheese, tarragon, salt, pepper, and refrigerate 2 hours.

  4. Shape 1/4 cupful of egg mixture into twelve 3-in.-long ovals. Place beaten eggs in shallow bowl. Roll logs in Q-9 Spinach Parmesan crumbs to coat, then dip in egg and roll again in crumbs, patting to help coating adhere.

  5. In a deep cast-iron or electric skillet, heat oil to 375°. Fry in batches until golden brown, about 3 minutes, turning occasionally. Drain on paper towels.

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound penne pasta

  • 1 cup 2-percent or skim milk

  • 1 pound shredded cheddar cheese
    (or a mixture of your favorite melting cheeses)

  • 1/2 head cauliflower, cut into florets

  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese

  • 3 tbsp. chopped flat-leaf parsley

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 tbsp. melted butter

  • 1oz. bag Q-9 SuperFood White Cheddar Puffs

 

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. Bring salted water to a boil and cook the pasta until al dente.

  3. Steam the cauliflower until soft, about 10 minutes. Transfer to a blender along with a few tablespoons of the steaming liquid. Puree the cauliflower, adding more steaming liquid to thin the puree if necessary.

  4. In a medium size casserole dish, combine the pasta and hot cauliflower puree.

  5. Add the milk, both cheeses, parsley, and season with salt and pepper to taste.

  7. In a small bowl, mix the butter and Q-9 White Cheddar crumbs with your fingers until it resembles damp sand.

  • 2 pounds chicken wings

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

  • 2 tbsp ketchup

  • 2 tbsp Sriracha chili sauce

  • 1 tsp pepper

  • 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 1/2 tsp salt 

 
CRUMB TOPPING:

 
Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°. Using a sharp knife, cut through the 2 wing joints; discard wing tips. Combine next 7 ingredients; add wings and toss to coat.

  2. Line a 15x10-in. pan with foil; grease with cooking spray. Bake wings in prepared pan 10 minutes; reduce heat to 350° and bake until juices run clear, 12-15 minutes. Remove from oven; keep warm.

  3. Add Q-9 Classic Ranch Puffs into a clear bag or food processor and crush until it looks like breadcrumbs.

  4. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter; add Q-9 Ranch crumbs, one green onion, garlic, salt and pepper. Cook and stir until bread crumbs are golden brown, about 2 minutes. Set aside.

  5. To serve, toss wings in sauce. Sprinkle with Q-9 Ranch crumb topping, remaining green onion and chopped chili peppers, if desired. Serve hot.

  2. Prepare the zucchini fries by chopping the zucchini into long strips

  4. Using three separate bowls use one for the flour, use the next to lightly beat the eggs, and fill the last bowl with the Q-9 Classic Ranch crumbs, salt and pepper.

  2. Mix first six ingredients; stir in chicken to coat.
